Abstract
- The article presents an interview with Cornelius Minor, former middle school teacher, author and a lead staff developer with the Teachers College Reading and Writing Project at Columbia University. Topics discussed by him includes how grading practices support students who fell behind during the recent closures of educational institutes due to COVID-19, some of the most precious grading practices in use today and need to change grading practices.
