Abstract
- The article presents the case of a 15-year-old female who was rushed with diffuse redness, photophobia, and pain in both eyes. She is being treated with miltefosine (MF) to cure her active cutaneous leishmaniasis. Her examination showed ring-shaped peripheral ulcerative keratolysis with infiltration in both eyes and perioral dermal lesions. She was advised to stop taking MF and her condition improved.
