Abstract
- The article considers the onslaught of 2020 election-related litigation with relatively tight margins in key swing states, including Pennsylvania, Nevada and Georgia. Topics discussed include the campaigns of presidential candidates Joe Biden and Donald Trump, the Trump campaign's plan to file multiple lawsuits alleging that the ongoing vote count would result in tallying illegally cast ballots, and the election-law experts' dismissal of Trump's suggestion that the vote count was untoward.
