Brief discussion on the disinfection effervescent tablets.

The components in the formula of disinfectant effervescent tablets, including the commonly used bactericides, disintegrants, fillers, adhesives, lubricants, etc. were introduced. Three processes used in the preparation of effervescent tablets, such as dry method, wet method and direct compression method were analyzed. Some common problems in the production and storage of effervescent tablets, such as sticking, splitting, long disintegration time and poor product stability, were discussed. The current status of product standards for domestic disinfection effervescent tablets was discussed. The development trend and prospect of disinfection effervescent tablets were also prospected.
