Launching an online graduate degree for tourism management in China: lessons in Chinese-foreign cooperation.

This paper qualitatively analyzes the most recent, transnational graduate-level tourism program in China to follow the country's so-called Chinese-Foreign Cooperation Model. Approved by the Chinese government in 2015, the program involves cooperation between one university from the U.S. (Colorado State University) and one from China (Central China Normal University). Analysis of this program is organized around adaptations, characteristics, and recommendations crucial for the development and delivery of transnational tourism education programs in China and abroad.
