Abstract

The article discusses the market-based strategy to shift the global food production system that adversely affects climate stability and ecosystem resilience. Also cited are the planned shift to plant-based meat from animal-based meat, the biotechnology processes in plant-based meat, genetically-modified organisms (GMO), bioengineered (BE) food, and genetic engineering (GE).
