Abstract

A A computed tomography (CT) image obtained after chest tube placement with patient in prone position shows an 8-mm linear low-density area suggesting lung laceration (arrow) and remaining pneumothorax. A supine computed tomography (CT) image obtained after a short hookwire placement shows massive pneumothorax and a lung laceration measuring 25 mm in length (large arrow).
