Abstract
- Scale-Dependent Effects of Host Patch Traits on Species Composition in a Stickleback Parasite Metacommunity Bolnick et al. documented variation in parasite community structure among individual stickleback fish within each of three dozen lakes, and variation in parasite communities among lakes. However, the variables that predict parasite community structure among individuals, are not the same variables that structure community variation at larger among-lake scales.
