Abstract
- The article examines the case of a 58-year-old male patient to determine the progress of lymphomatoid papulosis to high-grade lymphoma. This patient developed lymphomatoid papulosis in 1961 on his trunks and limbs. In addition, he had an unusual ulcerated lesion over the left lower thigh. The lesion failed to heal spontaneously and was treated with low dose superficial X-rays. After some improvement, the lesion again started to grow. Further biopsy of the lesions showed a transformation to high grade B-cell lymphoma.
