Hallmarks of the kinematic structure of competitive motor activities in athletic jumping events.

The comparison of selected kinematic parameters in the competitive motor activity in two horizontal athletic jumping events (long jump and triple jump) and two vertical ones (high jump and pole vault) were used to highlight a number of common features, as well as the specific features and hallmarks of its implementation in each of these events. The differences result from the efforts to create optimal conditions for the realization of key phases of motor activity - the link between the approach and take-off. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
