Abstract

A novel inorganic anchoring agent can be prepared by using magnesium phosphate cement (MPC) mortar. Through the research on the spread fluidity and the setting time of the magnesium phosphate cement mortar, the compressive strength and the uniaxial anchorage drawing strength of the magnesium phosphate cement mortar are tested. The results show due to the particle filling and the chemically bonding of the fly ash in MPC,the shrinkage strain of the magnesium phosphate cement mortar is obviously reduced;and the SEM,XCT scanning and the 3D reconstruction analysis are utilized,MPC hydration products are uniformly distributed between the standard sand and the unreacted MgO particles,so that the magnesium phosphate cement mortar has higher compressive strength and uniaxial anchorage drawing strength. Moreover, both physical adhere and chemical bonding are in the interface between MPC and bars. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
