Abstract

A SP 68 sp Ga-fibroblast activation protein inhibitor-46 ( SP 68 sp Ga-FAPi-46) PET/CT scan was performed as part of a prospective exploratory biodistribution study (NCT04147494; Figs. Additionally, the ( SP 68 sp Ga-FAPi-46) PET showed symmetric, diffuse, peripheral bilateral breast uptake, which was higher than that on ([ SP 18 sp F]FDG) PET (left: SUVmax 4 vs 2.1; right: SUVmax 3.9 vs 2.5).
