Abstract
- An editorial is presented on the exercise addiction and COVID-19-associated restrictions. The article discusses that the hypothesis that moderate training load is associated with lower risks of contracting illness, certain individuals may push themselves to keep fit and stay in shape by doing exercises; and aimed at preventing the transmission of COVID19, some people might risk adapting this new lifestyle by overdoing exercise and developing an unhealthy obsession with physical fitness.
