- The article offers information on the Ruhrfestspiele in Recklinghausen, Germany which is one of the oldest cultural festivals in Europe, as of February 2021. Topics covered include the photographer and street artist JR's works displayed at the festival theater, how coexistence and cooperation has always been a tradition in Recklinghausen and how artistic director Olaf Kröck transformed the theater.
