Abstract
- In the article, the authors discuss a pilot study on the diagnosis of dyspnea in older adult patients in emergency departments (ED). Other topics include the challenges in the accurate differentiation of pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and congestive heart failure (HF), and the role of antimicrobial peptides (AMP) in accurate dyspnea diagnosis.
