Abstract

Presents information on various political developments in several countries. Favor done by the U.S. Congress to the demands of the California propagandists for inclusion of the anti-Japanese provision in the immigration bill; Law passed by California to forbid land ownership or lease to immigrants from Japan; Role of the U.S. in modifying the Japanese policy of exploitation and domination in China; Failure of the U.S. immigration bill to place any restriction upon the Mexican influx; Obligation of Germany to pay fifty-two percent of the war reparations payment to France; Suggestion that even if the railway, industrial profits and revenues yield the sum for the reparation payment a situation will be created which is favorable to the intrusion of foreign interests into German industry.
