Abstract

To the Editor: In 2019, approximately 235 million patients were diagnosed with bronchial asthma globally.1 The standard treatment for bronchial asthma is the inhalation of SB 2 sb -adrenoceptor (AR) agonists, besides corticosteroids. After the first FBC inhalation, tachycardia occurred, and the heart rate increased to around 160 beats min SP -1 sp , as observed in the ECG. <subscript>2</subscript>-adrenoceptor agonist inhalation induced paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and tachycardia in a patient with severe bronchial asthma.
