Abstract
- The article discusses the benefits of knowing how to properly ask questions to customers regarding flower decoration and offers tips for florists regarding the same. It mentions if the questions about values are suitable, for example, for complex sales talks such as elaborate decorations, plantings or weddings, it motives customers. It suggests that the need to focus on the needs of the customer and how understanding questions help florists find out customer correctly.
