In this article, the author presents her views on attachment between her and her godson as migrants who arrived very young with educational and social support needs. Topics discussed include work of reciprocal taming; concern of student about family status; and information on ethnographic works, scholarly publications on interculturality, African-American, Brazilian, West Indian, African literature.
