Study on the Resilience Evaluation of Resilient City.

The urbanization development must attach importance to the safety of the city, and various kinds of disasters make the governance of the city facing severe challenges. The resilience evaluation index is constructed from the aspects of environmental resilience, organizational resilience, economic resilience, infrastructure resilience, social resilience and community resilience. The structural equation Model (SEM) is used to construct the theoretical model of resilience evaluation index, and the impact of each index on resilience of resilient cities is analyzed. Taking Fuzhou as an example, the results show that the resilience assessment method based on SEM is feasible, it provides a new idea and measure to improve the ability of quick response and recovery of the city, and provides more accurate data support for the development and management of urban planning.
