Abstract

Dear Sirs, Although ventriculitis is usually secondary to neurosurgical trauma or catheter infection, it may be primary with diverse clinical presentation [[1]-[4]]. Our patient implicates that primary ventriculitis can be considered as a differential diagnosis among those presenting with acute vestibular syndrome in association with headache and fever.
