For instance, many NH staff are unfamiliar with evidence-based methods of implementation, including pre-implementation planning, selecting the optimal staff to deliver an intervention, and studying the outcomes of the intervention. In addition, staff engagement across the entire community facilitates implementation, including staff not traditionally included in implementation efforts, such as housekeeping and maintenance ([23]).
