Abstract
- When I i -Fe SB 2 sb O SB 3 sb nanoparticles are added to soy protein isolate (SPI), it is possible to not only endow SPI with the good paramagnetism and good microwave absorbing properties, but also to improve the mechanical properties and thermal stability.
