The article provides a broad overview of available resources and potential metrics that the U.S. Congress can use to compare various programs. Topics include the summary of programs to assist with economic adjustment assistance and post-disaster economic recovery; summary of selected workforce development programs ; and a summary of programs for business technical assistance.
