Guest Editorial Security-by-Design for Electronic Systems.

In a recent Special Section published in IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics we introduced smart electronics. We presented a set of papers which were selected after rigorous review with a scope of artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) approaches used for various levels of system abstractions, from device-level to system-level.
