Abstract
- The gob-side retaining can save coal pillar of mining area and improve coal recovery rate of working face. Meanwhile, this technology helps relieve the tension of coal mining, and reduce the problem of gas accumulation in the tracking corner of working face. Therefore, the gob-side entry retaining ranks in the main development goals of efficient coal mining. The thickness, dip and buried depth of coal seam in the mentioned 3304 working face are large, so it is difficult to control the surrounding rock of the retaining roadway. This paper mainly studies the safe and reliable supporting parameters of the gob-side entry retaining in the 3304 mining area. Firstly, the width and strength of roadway wall filling body and bolt support scheme were designed by orthogonal test method. Then, numerical simulation software is used to comprehensively analyze the influence of the strength and width of roadside support body on the surrounding rock pressure. And the deformation law of surrounding rock under different reinforcing support parameters is further analyzed. Finally, the reasonable support is determined. The width of roadway side filling body is 1.5 m; The strength of the concrete used is C25; The practice proves that the roadway retention scheme and support parameter adopted are effective, which have reference value for similar projects.
