Pandemic Literature: Poetic Narrative.

Abstract
- Narratives are there in fiction, short story, novella and in poetry also. Prose narrative differs from Poetic narrative. It is a style/technique followed by writers. Though narrative is identified with prose writings, it can be utilized in poetry also and so it can be termed Poetic narrative. Poets also narrate anything they want to in their genre. As there is Romantic Age, Victorian Age, 2019-2022 can be called as the (period) Age of Pandemic. Though in the yore, black diseases, cholera etc., spread and people died due to these ailments, in the present century, Covid-19 is termed as pandemic. It's believed that this virus spread from Wuhan Lab. in China. Almost all the countries, whether poor or rich were much affected by this Covid-19. One consoling aspect of the pandemic is literature - since written during this period it is nomen clatured as Pandemic literature. Poets also have social responsibilities like other writers. Pandemic period affected/influenced Indian poets who in their turn used their time and imagination to pen poems about Covid-19 pandemic. Here some poet's poems have been selected to unravel this mysterious pandemic - its affectations, people's sufferings and the condition of the country. Sagar Mal Gupta's (i) "Corona" (ii) "Corona Defined" (iii) "Corona Virus: Genesis" (iv) Covid-19 Present and Future"; Lakshmisree Banerjee's "Love in the time of Corona"; Manas Bakshi's "The Covid Warriors"; K. V. Dominic's "Covid victims and villians," "Covid-19 Exodus 1", "Covid-19 Exodus 2" "Subaida's Donation to Covid-19 Relief Fund" and K. Balachandran's "Co-Vaxin for 20 kg rice" have been selected for in-depth study. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
