Abstract
- In this paper, three new species of eriophyoid mites from Guangxi, China, are described and illustrated. They are as follows: Paraphytoptus niveaesp. nov. infesting Boehmeria nivea (L.) Gaudich. (Urticaceae), Boczekiana broussonetiaesp. nov. infesting Broussonetia papyrifera (L.) L'Hér. ex Vent. (Moraceae), and Trimeroptes kaempferisp. nov. infesting Broussonetia kaempferi Siebold (Moraceae). All three new species are vagrants on the lower leaf surface and cause no apparent symptom to their host plants. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
