Abstract

The paper benchmarks the recognition performance on the provided dataset using three state-of-the-art Spiking Neural Networks (SNN) recognition systems. A deep convolutional-recurrent network is first trained on a set of existing face datasets, and then fine-tuned on the TBI dataset via transfer learning. Recent advances in technology have boosted the development and release of active assistive living devices, based on wearable and/or non-obtrusive visual and multi-modal signals for e-health and welfare support.
