Abstract
- COVID-19 has impacted almost every industry, including the banking sector. The current study reviews Multinational Enterprises (MNEs) and small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) agility from the entrepreneurial team concept using the ambidexterity and strategic agility approaches by emphasising the crises due to COVID-19. Using closed-ended questionnaires from the Lloyd Banking Group, UK employees' a snowball sampling technique will be used to determine the participants. In addition, a quantitative research method will be employed to analyse the results, and statistical techniques like Regression and ANOVA will be used. The key findings of the proposed research will be advantageous for organisations to sustain their innovative process and give it a competitive position by ensuring that the process is beneficial for their customers, in addition to the Lloyd Banking group case study, which will be helpful for the firms in the banking sector to become aware of the advantages of ambidexterity.
