Abstract
- When the low-magnification stope is filled, the problem of insufficient slurry in the vertical section of the filling pipeline will appear, which will accelerate the wear of the vertical pipeline, and even cause the phase change of the slurry to cause the pipeline to block. Through on-site investigation and theoretical analysis and calculations self-flow conveying model is established. Under the condition of ensuring the filling amount, a fuzzy control algorithm is established to adjust the filling concentration and the effective diameter of the pipeline, and improve the slurry conveying resistance and full tube degree. The algorithm stabilizes and adjusts the time 17 s, the overshoot is 6%, and the control effect is better than the PID control algorithm, which can improve the state of deep well filling with low line filling and unfilled pipes.
