Abstract

Therefore, this included all patients undergoing a BMA for investigation of potential aleukaemic leukaemia: patients who may have initially presented to rheumatology but been diagnosed with leukaemia prior to classification as JIA. No patient in our JIA cohort had clear non-arthritis bone pain, and on the occasion an MRI was performed 2/7 had a bone marrow signal abnormality but did not have leukaemia.
