TIGIT Monoallelic Nonsense Variant in Patient with Severe COVID-19 Infection, Thailand.

A heterozygous nonsense variant in the TIGIT gene was identified in a patient in Thailand who had severe COVID-19, resulting in lower TIGIT expression in T cells.
