Abstract
- The polyethylene oxide segment is introduced into the epoxy resin molecular chain by reacting the polyethylene glycol containing the hydrophilic oxide segment to the epoxy group, and a nonionic hydrophilic epoxy resin emulsion is obtained. Using this emulsion with auxiliary epoxy anti-corrosion coating, waterborne anti-corrosion epoxy coating is prepared, and the effects of each auxiliary, anti-rust pigment and anti-laminar on coating properties are studied. Finally, awaterborne anti-corrosion epoxy coating with strong adhesion to the substrate, no flash rust during construction in a high humidity environment, and with excellent water resistance, medium resistance and salt spray resistance properties was prepared, which solvel the problems of easy foaming, flash rust and short anti-corrosion period of the water-based epoxy coating.
