Abstract

The article presents a study on key regulators of Glioblastoma aggressiveness and progression. Topics include information on the importance of lipid signaling and phospholipases (PLCs) in the regulation of different mechanisms in the central nervous system; information on pathogenesis of human glioblastoma; and how Glioblastoma is the most aggressive and lethal brain tumor in adults.
