Preparation and Property of Multi-layer Composite Waterpro of and Breathable Canopy Material.

The multi-layer composite canopy material was designed and prepared for anticorrosive protection of the large packaged equipment. For the multi-layer composite canopy material, the structure was designed and the materials were selected. The peel strength, water vapor transmission rate and breaking strength was tested with universal stretching tester and water vapor transmission rate tester. The microstructure of the material surface was anazlyed with scanning electron microscope. The test results showed that the breaking strength, peel strength, water vapor transmission rate of the multilayer composite canopy material prepared are higher than the imported materials. It can meet the requirements of packaged equipment protection for canopy material. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
