Abstract

Interestingly, this T regulatory cell population was not only predominantly localized at the T-cell zone-B-cell follicle border but also found in association with resident memory T cells. Hewavisenti I et al i . proposed that the localization and tissue residency of this suppressive and antigen-experienced T regulatory cell population point to an involvement in maintaining immune homeostasis through the regulation of both B- and T-cell responses to recurring infections. The I Immunology & Cell Biology (ICB) i Publication of the Year Awards have been established for outstanding studies submitted by first authors who are financial members of the Australian & New Zealand Society for Immunology Inc. in the year of the article's publication.
