In addition to previous studies, we also studied patients with a history of breast cancer and primary gastric cancer, which also showed that patients with metastatic gastric cancer more often had lobular cancer and a diffuse growth pattern on biopsy. Results A total of 44 patients were identified from the pathology files, including 23 patients with gastric metastasis of breast cancer and 21 patients with primary gastric cancer.
