Abstract
- This article is a case study from the Hebron Offshore Oil Platform located in Atlantic Canada focusing on fire-resistant medium-voltage enclosures that were supplied for the seawater lift pumps and fire water pumps. The purpose of this article is to show where fire-resistant enclosures may be utilized and to detail the testing involved in achieving fire resistance with the enclosures for the Hebron Platform.
