Abstract

A biography of novelist Anne Tyler is presented. Tyler was born on October 25, 1941 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Lloyd Parry and Phyllis (Mahon) Tyler. She graduated from Duke University in 1961 and had enrolled at the age of 16 and was finished before she was 20 years old. She has set more of her novels in various parts of Baltimore, Maryland. Her works, including "If Morning Ever Comes," "The Tin Can Tree," and "A Slipping-Down Life."
