Abstract
- A biography of novelist Jane Yolen is presented. Yolen was born on February 11, 1939 in New York City to Isabel and Will. She married David W. Stemple in 1962 and had three children, a daughter and two sons. She was already a serious writer while in college, having written a book of poetry that included poems published in small presses. Her works include "Dragon's Blood," "Sister Light, Sister Dark," and "White Jenna."
