Abstract
- The study considers the class of triangulation laser measurement systems based on the laser and the camera. Such systems are widely used in practice. Their main characteristics are range and distance measurement accuracy. This work is devoted to the study of ways to improve the accuracy of triangulation laser measurement systems. The study identifies and investigates the design parameters of the measuring system that determine its range, shows their variability, impact on sensitivity and accuracy. It has been established that the ratio of the boundary values of the working range plays a key role in this influence. A quantitative criterion for assessing the uniformity of sensitivity is proposed, its dependence on design parameters is shown, and recommendations are given for their choice. Theoretical results are confirmed by natural experiment. The experiment was carried out using the industrial robot. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
