Abstract

In healthy human CD4 T cells, type III IFNs have similar effects to type I IFNs on I in vitro i Tph cell generation, cytokine secretion and gene-expression. Anti-PD-1 requires protein kinase D activity to rejuvenate cancer-fighting T cells A PD-1 inhibitor can support anti-tumor T cells; however, it does not work for all patients. TCR signaling regulates epidermal T cell development Like T cells, T cells develop in the thymus. Features include decreased metabolism- and hypoxia-related genes, normalized tumor vasculature and increased M1-type macrophages and NK cell IFN . [Extracted from the article]
