Abstract
- The article reports that the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) faces several challenges that may require Congressional attention in the United States. Market volatility could impact DLA's ability to purchase materials at reasonable prices. The agency also faces the challenge of providing commercially obsolete spare parts, which may increase as the pace of defense innovation accelerates.
