Biographies.

For the last few years, Mitra has studied Bengali-speaking Buddhists in Bangladesh, India, and Myanmar funded by the Ho Family Foundation's Research Fellowship in Buddhist Studies administered by the American Council of Learned Societies. With a PhD in religious studies, Mitra received trainings in both textual and social scientific study of religion. D.
