Using Transfer Learning to Diagnose Brain Tumor.

The paper classifies whether or not a person has brain tumor using transfer learning approach. EfficientNetB0 and VGG16 models were employed because of their accuracy. The results indicate that the accuracy achieved by EfficientNetB0 was more than that of VGG16 model. Due to its high accuracy, transfer learning model can be used for decision-making purpose with respect to clinical scenarios. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
