In this age, the use of technology has become a necessity. This includes the use of technology in the financial sector. In finding a problem, the addie method can be used to find the right solution. In this case, the addie method is used to create a solution from budgeting. This research provide a development process for building applications based on mobile and focused on financial planner. Financial planner became one of the most used application especially for the young ages. However, lot of financial planner only focusing on large transaction.
