Language discordance in emergency department delirium screening: Results from a qualitative interview‐based study.

The article discusses research which aimed to determine current practices and concerns about emergency department (ED) delirium screening in situations of language discordance among early adopter ED. Topics covered include the characteristics of interviewees and represented ED, concerns regarding the validity of delirium screening tools expressed by participants, and challenges with regards to screening patients using interpreters.
