Abstract

An infant with multiple congenital anomalies had an uncommon cardiac malformation which was verified by angiography and at autopsy. This defect consisted of severe tricuspid atresia, severe pulmonary stenosis, and a persistent left superior vena cava entering a very dilated coronary sinus—‘cor triatriatum dexter’ (Hudson<superscript>2</superscript>). There were also a horesehoe-kidney, an imperforate anus, and other anatomic alterations indicating a probable multifactorial<superscript>8</superscript> mode of inheritance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
