Abstract
- An infant with multiple congenital anomalies had an uncommon cardiac malformation which was verified by angiography and at autopsy. This defect consisted of severe tricuspid atresia, severe pulmonary stenosis, and a persistent left superior vena cava entering a very dilated coronary sinus—‘cor triatriatum dexter’ (Hudson<superscript>2</superscript>). There were also a horesehoe-kidney, an imperforate anus, and other anatomic alterations indicating a probable multifactorial<superscript>8</superscript> mode of inheritance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
