LOW-CARBON AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT IN CHINA A Promising Cure for Global Warming.

This article explores the impact of high-standard farmland construction policy on green and low-carbon agricultural development, such policy has been ignored in literature from the perspective of policy evaluation and it is a promising cure for global warming. The effectiveness and impact mechanism of policy implementation are analyzed, it concludes that the policy significantly reduces agricultural carbon emissions by 12.3%, which benefits from the improvement of agricultural production efficiency.
